Sulphur Slopes
World Heritage Site

As design-builder on this project, we were tasked with delivering this signature building on a world heritage site, in a national park, in endangered snail habitat, and adjacent to archeologically significant internment camp ruins.

Our team chose to design the facility using steel and glulam beams to support the irrigated green roof. The envelope of the facility features curtain wall and natural stone cut from the quarry at the base of Rundle Mountain. Outside the building, our work on the plaza features artwork from renowned artists.
