Our work spans across different industries, and our projects vary in complexity and size. But one thing remains consistent: collaboration.

M'Akola Affordable Housing

We are building the new 34,000 sq. ft. M'Akola Affordable Housing facility in Penticton, British Columbia. The orignal site was a parking lot, and our team is transforming it into a 28-unit residential facility with an open-air covered parking area and office spaces on the main floor.

Kinosoo Beach

Our civil construction team delivered a new community beach in Cold Lake, Alberta. Major renovations include adding a new retaining wall, decorative pavers, concrete pads, and a Shade Sail structure installation. The team used data-visualization software and an adjusted work schedule to maintain an agressive timeline.

McMaster Greenhouse and Life Sciences Building

Our Toronto team successfully delivered a new 82,000 sq. ft. greenhouse expansion, completely reimagining the original five-storey facility. We renovated existing classrooms and study areas, added a mass-timber lobby, and built an 11,400 sq. ft. below-grade greenhouse that accommodates over 200 plant species.
