Our civil construction team delivered a new community beach in Cold Lake, Alberta. Major renovations include adding a new retaining wall, decorative pavers, concrete pads, and a Shade Sail structure installation. The team used data-visualization software and an adjusted work schedule to maintain an agressive timeline.

Our Toronto team successfully delivered a new 82,000 sq. ft. greenhouse expansion, completely reimagining the original five-storey facility. We renovated existing classrooms and study areas, added a mass-timber lobby, and built an 11,400 sq. ft. below-grade greenhouse that accommodates over 200 plant species. 

We are building the new 46,000 sq. ft. DIW Milk Concentration Plant, that will process over 300 million litres of milk once completed. Due to the complextity of the project, we're using a look ahead system and pull planning to coordinate our partners and consultants.
