Canfor Leisure Pool
A challenge during this project was the natural high-water table in the area. Our team applied Lean construction principles, raising the building by four feet, solving the issue without needing a permanent dewatering system.

The facility needed a new recreational and training facility; and a venue for local national competitions. This involved constructing a new indoor and outdoor rock climbing wall.
Mountainside Pool
The Mountainside Pool needed serious upgrades to continue serving 27,000 annual swimmers. Our team renovated the original facilitiy to be barrier access free, including teaching steps, a wading ramp, and more.
