WILLIAM HAWRELAK PARK
The key scope of work on this 168-acre project include utilities, open spaces, and facility infrastructure throughout the park. Our team will update 11 buildings with exterior and interior finishes, structural upgrades to the Heritage Amphitheatre, and replace the paddle boat dock.
THE SUNRISE
This project includes a complete transformation of the 12-storey SunRise building in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Our team will complete interior and exterior upgrades and install the largest vertical array of solar panels in Canada.
BONNIE DOON LEISURE CENTRE
This indoor pool originally built in the mid 1960’s. The facility has undergone a number of modifications over its life but was due for a major interior and exterior modernization, as well as a removal and replacement of the pool mechanical and electrical systems.
OKIMAW PEYESWE KAMIK, BOYLE STREET COMMUNITY SERVICES
Once completed, the new 55,000 sq. ft. centre will serve Edmonton's most vulnerable communities. The building will receive a complete interior fit-out, new building systems, land grading, and a new building envelope.
