An environment to learn
As a co-op student, Antonia wanted to learn new skills and apply what she had learned in school in her work. As part of the scheduling team, she was involved with co-planning sessions, creating project logs, and worked in procurement on a greenhous gas project to reduce emissions during construction.
Where leaders develop
Patrick had already completed two co-op terms as a project coordinator, and wanted to learn new knowledge as a student estimator. The best part of his experience with us, and still is, our culture and the people who drive us forward. He enjoyed the open and friendly atmoshere.
Lessons in leadership
Shayan decided to accept an offer for full-time employment with Chandos for the opportunity to participate in the build of the research centre – only the second one in Canada. He also liked that he had an established mentorship program that gave him access to leaders, project managers, and project directors who would help him develop both professionally and personally.
