This new ground-up pet hospital in Calgary included operation and examination areas, overnight stay facilities, and reception areas for people and their pets. Along with interior finishings, our national special services group (SSG) completed the exterior facade and signage for the building.
One of the key challenges of this project included lead lining installation for all X-ray rooms which included testing requirements for radiation exposure. We also installed and tested oxygen lines and terminations for all exam tables. Our team also had to consider structural components required to support heavy surgery equipment suspended from the ceiling.
