This was a construction management project that consisted of building two 32,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered structures and renovating IPEX's existing pipe manufacturing facility.
This project had a high degree of complexity. Since the building would be occupied, careful planning was needed in order to limit interruptions to the existing manufacturing processes. Being involved in the early design stage of the project, we were able to offer value engineering suggestions and assist in mitigating the risks.
Construction on the facility was delivered using a collaborative construction process that allowed us to optimize cost, schedule, and quality.
