The Calgary Police Association sold their land on the edge of the city’s East Village, and chose us to work collaboratively with them to find land, design, and build a turnkey facility for their current and future needs.
This project was delivered through collaborative construction management that allowed us to optimize cost, schedule, and quality. The work included approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 10,000 sq. ft. of full-service restaurant and special event space.
